Job summary

Circle K in Orange City, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at the Orange City location. You will recruit, hire and train staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain store standards, inventory and safety procedures.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, scheduling, supplier relations and effective communication with the Market Manager. A valid driver’s license and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and manage site operations.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Must have valid driver's license and transportation for meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service.
• Supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions and use of equipment.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively and hold regular team meetings with the Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast margins.
