Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support merchandising and stock presentation according to store guidelines.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management including damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and secure funds during deposits.
• Ensure store operates smoothly in store manager's absence.
• Review financial statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork and documentation by deadlines.
