Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans to meet departmental goals.
• Handle store in the Store Manager's absence when required.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to maintain department standards and performance.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
