Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead sales and store operations, coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals. You will manage inventory, launch new products, and collaborate with district partners to drive performance.

You will guide staff, ensure a clean, welcoming store, and actively coach on the floor. Flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays are required; unlimited earning potential is highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
