Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of your store, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll train staff, roll out new products, manage inventory, and drive performance on the sales floor.

You’ll thrive on coaching, developing talent, and exceeding sales goals, with evenings and weekend hours, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a path for growth in a fast-growing wireless retailer family.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
