Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of your store. You will coach a team, drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless customer experience on the floor and behind the scenes.

You’ll collaborate with the District Manager to roll out new products and services, train staff to sell with confidence, and maintain a welcoming, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
