Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead store sales and operations, driving performance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach your team, manage inventory, and roll out new products with district partners to spur growth and service excellence.

You will guide a diverse team, recruit and develop staff, and maintain a welcoming store environment with strong focus on compliance and reporting. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
