• Previous retail management or store management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and managing retail employees.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and work toward performance targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management, receiving, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Experience with cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures.
• Strong understanding of customer service and retail operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on management style with a willingness to work directly alongside the team.
