Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager in Florence, AL to lead daily store operations within a partner location. You will drive revenue, supervise staff, and execute training to deliver excellent customer service and seamless leasing processes.

Responsibilities include coaching coworkers, achieving sales goals, resolving issues, and maintaining strong store performance with a focus on referrals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in rental or leasing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct day-to-day store coworker work.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel store coworkers; discipline as needed.
• Nurture and promote coworkers to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Establish partnerships to generate referrals and educate on the rental/lease process.
• Train, supervise, and assess coworkers' dedication to customer service.
• Enhance sales and account management through training and coaching.
• Address coworker and customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee sales outcomes to ensure revenue growth.
• Educate customers on lease terms and delivery protocols.
• Oversee operations to ensure top-notch service and compliance.
