Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology (Navision).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Able to learn and use Navision and retail operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service while helping customers select safety footwear.
• Learn product lines and explain features, fit and benefits to customers.
• Learn and use Navision Foot Scanning Technology to help customers optimize fit.
