Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager in Millvale to lead store operations, supervise associates, and drive sales. You’ll oversee daily activities, mentor staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

As a Store Manager, you will safeguard assets, enforce policies, and implement merchandising directions from corporate headquarters while building community partnerships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (55 lbs. occasionally).
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
