The successful candidate will manage staff, inventory, and finance, while providing excellent customer service. A passion for the tobacco industry and prior retail management experience are essential.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, ensuring compliance with policies, and analyzing sales data. The role entails over 40 hours a week and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years or older.
• Completion of high school degree.
• At least 1-2 years of previous manager experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the retail location.
• Manage the staff, inventory, and finances of the store.
