Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service within company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively in English with staff and management.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports; ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed correctly.
