Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Retail sales experience preferred.
Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Ability to supervise and train for equipment/tools as per CSR/ASM descriptions.
Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized, and to company standards.
Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and site image.
Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
Promote service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
Train staff to meet customer service, site image and marketing standards.
Ensure timely and clear internal communications.
