What you will do:

1. Supervise the store sales team to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability metrics.
2. Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
3. Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
4. Ring up sales, process payments, and apply discounts.
5. Restock the sales floor and maintain store cleanliness.
6. Recruit, hire, and train the sales team.
7. Manage staffing levels and create schedules.
8. Lead, develop, and coach the sales team.
9. Ensure excellent customer service.
10. Handle deposits and bank transactions.
11. Process freight and set up the sales floor as new stock arrives.
