Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive store sales, supervise staff, and maintain service standards across our Bridgestone Tire locations. This exempt leadership role requires 40+ hours per week, including weekends.

You will manage payroll and budgets, track goals, and ensure customer satisfaction while building loyalty. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and demonstrated success in retail sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
