We are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA!

This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

• Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members both internally and externally.
• Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors to actively engage our Customers in meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with company and store goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to deliver timely and responsible outcomes.
• Ensure operational efficiency by actively managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.
• Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience and add value to the customer’s journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback from all organizational levels to continuously improve the business.

What you bring to the team

• At least 2 years of managerial experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners inside and outside the store.
• Experience in setting personal and professional goals with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with advanced spreadsheet models.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and capable of motivating others.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• This role involves physical activity such as moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
