We are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA.

This position reports to the Regional Director.

• Recruits, hires, and trains store associates and supervisors to actively engage customers.
• Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Manages daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates aligned with company goals.
• Collaborates with Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment teams for responsible outcomes.
• Ensures operational efficiency in payroll, inventory management, and paperwork.
• Develops and maintains store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Provides feedback across organizational levels to improve business performance.

What you bring to the team

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities like Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to set goals and work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet modeling.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, retail inventory, and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, communicative, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods.
• Applicants must be 18+ years old.
