We are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA!

This position reports to the Regional Director.

How you’ll play to Win

1. Embody our culture and values through high self-accountability, acting as a role model internally and externally.
2. Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to actively engage customers in meaningful ways.
3. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
4. Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with company and store goals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to meet needs and requests responsibly.
6. Ensure operational efficiency by managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.
7. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience and add value.
8. Provide and gather feedback across all organizational levels to continuously improve the business.

What you bring to the team

1. At least 2 years of managerial experience in retail.
2. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
4. Experience in setting personal and team goals.
5. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Analytical skills and proficiency in building advanced spreadsheet models.
7. Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.
8. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory and POS systems.
9. Self-motivated, good communicator, and team builder.
10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
11. Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods and physical movements.
12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
