Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focused on company growth.
• Manage and control store assets through designated store.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts; train and mentor store associates.
• Stay informed on store operations: sales stats, inventory, expenses and profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to establish policies, goals and procedures.
• Direct staff to complete responsibilities and standards in each department.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Asst Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate personnel; manage payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security; collaborate with Asset Protection to prevent theft and shrink.
• Communicate with District Sales Manager about inventory movements; drive inventory goals.
• Provide input on marketing/advertising plans and monitor customer trends.
• Stay aware of competitors and community events for opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per policy and assist customers during peak periods.
• Protect company assets and financial information; report potential fraud risk.
