Job summary

Sunglass Hut in Greenville, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor, model service excellence and guide a growing team. You will coach, develop and inspire associates to embody The Sunglass Hut Experience and translate engagement into measurable sales results.

You will build the store’s strategic plan, drive traffic, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure impeccable execution of policies, brand standards and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store processes.
• Ability to think critically to deliver absolute execution of operational components.
