Sunglass Hut Store Manager role focused on leading the on-the-floor team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience and drive sales. You will coach and mentor staff, ensure brand standards, and maintain exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience of 2+ years.
• Proven expertise in store operations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution.
• Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of operational components.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plans and company objectives.
• Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to meet goals.
• Leads by example by coaching, developing, mentoring and inspiring the team.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff using onboarding tools as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Maintains brand standards and exceptional customer service on the floor.
