Job summary

Rhone Apparel in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Store Manager to set the tone for the brand and lead store performance. You will drive sales, develop the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding Rhone’s values of grit, responsibility, excellence, authenticity, and teamwork.

You will recruit, coach, and manage staff, implement strategies to grow traffic and profitability, and ensure flawless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, with a track record of coaching teams.
• 4+ years of retail leadership experience or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take action.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and onboard employees passionate about progress.
• Coach and develop the team for scalable growth.
• Create strategies to attract customers and drive store profitability.
• Represent the brand and culture at events.
• Exhibit retail acumen aligned with store goals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Train staff on product features and benefits.

• Communicate payroll needs and biweekly schedules.
• Open/close the store as needed and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure efficient shipping/receiving processes.
• Communicate inventory and assortment needs to HQ.
• Support additional duties as needed.
