Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to work 45+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong supervision, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff.
• Open and close the store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Monitor loan processes and maintain asset protection.
• Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with district management and implement marketing plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
