Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., invites you to lead a high-performing store team in a dynamic environment. As Retail Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, coach your staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence across daily store functions.

You will recruit and develop future leaders, collaborate with the District Manager on initiatives, and represent the AT&T brand in the community.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.
