Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach staff, develop leaders, manage daily operations, and ensure policy compliance.

You will partner with the District Manager to execute initiatives, product launches, and strategic initiatives while representing the AT&T brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
