Prime Communications in the United States is seeking a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing sales team, coach staff, and drive store performance while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. You will develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants, promoting accountability and growth.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
