Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead store performance and develop a high-caliber team. You will coach sales staff, promote AT&T offerings, and drive exceptional customer experiences while upholding operations and policy compliance.

As part of a growth-focused organization, you’ll collaborate with the District Manager on product launches and strategic initiatives, while cultivating a positive, growth-oriented store culture.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• Requires 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 40 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store by leading sales performance, coaching your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experience. You'll develop Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Must successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.
