A community-focused nonprofit organization in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and enhance customer service at the Pico Blvd. Thrift Store. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently handle POS operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Must pass a background check, which includes Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Provide coaching and training to store employees.
• Ensure customer needs are met and service is efficient.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and adequate inventory levels.
