Job summary

A community service organization in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and enhance customer service at their Encino Thrift Store. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail management experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s license, be able to show proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in day-to-day operation of the store.
• Ensure Customer/Donor needs are met with efficient service.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to Store Employees.
