AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Concord, NC. You will lead merchandising, product launches, and drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role includes coaching a team of retail consultants and coordinating outreach events to boost engagement. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in telecom sales or customer service with proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities, plus familiarity with wireless terms and AT&T mobility

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-3 Battleship jobs earn between $55,000.00 - $82,600.00 + commission $26,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
