Job summary

AT&T in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, merchandise launches, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, oversee promotions and outreach events, and ensure achievement of sales and service goals while maintaining AT&T standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.

Our most successful Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Our Retail Store Manager-3 Battleship jobs earn between $55,000.00 - $82,600.00 + commission $26,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
