AT&T is seeking a Store Manager in Clarksville, TN to lead daily retail operations and drive sales performance. You will oversee merchandising, product launches and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the store.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, coordinate with stakeholders and participate in off-site promotional activities. The role offers strong training and clear leadership growth opportunities within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $49,500 - $74,300+ $26,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
