FirstCash is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Mount Vernon, WA to lead daily store operations, develop the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across a diverse merchandise mix. You will coach staff, drive sales and profitability, manage inventory, and uphold asset protection and compliance standards.

The candidate should have 2+ years of management and customer service experience, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze business performance to implement improvements.

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills

Store Manager

$22.97 - $26.97 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy developing employees, driving business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, coach employees for success, and help drive growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
