Job summary

FirstCash in Metairie, LA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales and profitability.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop a team, monitor performance, manage inventory and POS transactions, and ensure compliance and asset protection for the store. This role offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Store Manager

$14.70 - $22.40 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
