Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager in Anchorage, AK to lead daily operations, develop the team, and drive sales and profitability across a diverse merchandise mix. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, asset protection, and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, analyze performance data, and execute action plans to improve results while maintaining store presentation standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Store Manager

$20.90 - $26.97 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy developing employees, driving business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, coach employees for success, and help drive growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.
