Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Texas to lead daily store operations, coach a team, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and drive financial performance across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor loans and buying transactions, ensure asset protection, and maintain store standards while driving growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive hourly pay and monthly bonuses are provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.

$14.70 - $25.00 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, coach employees for success, and help drive growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
