AT&T Mansfield is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to lead the store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee merchandising, launches, and daily operations while coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet service and sales goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to execute initiatives beyond the store.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T systems.

• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $24,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
