Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations in Creve Coeur, MO. You will supervise merchandising, product launches, and staff performance to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience with AT&T services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive outreach activities, and participate in promotional events. This role rewards leadership with strong salary, commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $55,000-$82,600 in annual salary plus $24,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Our retail careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during stores busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store’s sales objectives.
