AT&T inc. is seeking a Store Manager-2 to lead daily retail store operations in Anaheim. You will partner with the store manager to supervise merchandising, product launches, and sales initiatives, ensuring customers receive top-tier service and guidance.

You will also drive outreach activities and coach a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed goals, with paid training supporting leadership development. A strong salary and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.

You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $24,000.
