Job summary

AT&T in Phoenix is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to lead daily store operations and coach a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with a store manager to drive merchandising, product launches, and exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, planning and analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $82,600 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Job description
