Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager-2 in Tacoma to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive merchandising, launches, and sales while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience with our services.

You’ll coach retail sales consultants, execute on promotional activities, and partner with teammates to meet store objectives, leveraging training and leadership to advance your career in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising and product launches
• Meet and exceed sales objectives to provide customers with an extraordinary experience

Retail Store Manager-2

Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. Combine your retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $61,700.00 - $92,500.00 + commission $24,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
