$20.00 to $25.00 per hour

  • VACATION: One week of paid vacation after six months, an additional week after one year, and two weeks on each subsequent anniversary, with adjustments based on local laws. After five years, 120 hours.
  • SICK/PERSONAL: 8 hours after 6 months, 16 hours annually thereafter, and 24 hours after five years, adjusted per local law.

Position Summary

Seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience. Responsible for daily store operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting, maximizing financial goals, and managing customer relations. Promoting a customer-centric environment and analyzing financial statements are key. Ensuring asset protection and marketing are part of the role. Offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses, with actual pay depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities of a Store Manager
  • Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
  • Train and develop staff to meet company standards.
  • Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, cash, and merchandise.
  • Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
  • Handle store operations including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards and monitor loan processes.
  • Communicate store goals and ensure understanding among staff.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Experience supervising others and working with firearms (certification required).
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Work 45+ hours/week, with computer literacy and multitasking skills.
  • Cash handling experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Bilingual applicants encouraged. The commission plan is based on store’s gross profit, details provided during interview. All employees must agree to arbitration and comply with wage laws.
