$20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Position Summary
Seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience. Responsible for daily store operations, leading and developing staff, recruiting, maximizing financial goals, and managing customer relations. Promoting a customer-centric environment and analyzing financial statements are key. Ensuring asset protection and marketing are part of the role. Offers a competitive wage plus performance bonuses, with actual pay depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Reports to the District Manager.
Responsibilities of a Store Manager
- Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff to meet company standards.
- Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash, and merchandise.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Handle store operations including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
- Maintain operational standards and monitor loan processes.
- Communicate store goals and ensure understanding among staff.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Experience supervising others and working with firearms (certification required).
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Work 45+ hours/week, with computer literacy and multitasking skills.
- Cash handling experience and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
