Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Warrensburg, MO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving store targets, and expanding access to Spectrum services in the local community.

You will coach sales associates, manage daily operations, and ensure a positive customer experience while aligning with Spectrum’s brand standards. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
