Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Minnesota. You will lead a sales team inside a retail location, coach staff, and drive performance while delivering excellent customer service across Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products.

You will manage store operations, support hours flexibility, and work toward aggressive sales targets with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Working inside a retail store environment.
• High level of comfort with personal technology.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Schedule: travel and flexibility to support store hours.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Management experience - 1+ years.
• Telecommunications/wireless experience - 1-3 years.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience

• Technical skills: Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Abilities: Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Schedule: Travel and flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $95,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $11,000.
