$40,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Today, we have 3 retail footwear stores - Wagner’s RunWalk, Wagner’s Shoes, Athlete’s Foot - as well as Wagner’s Team, a screen printing and embroidery business where we outfit schools and businesses all over Alabama with custom uniforms and apparel.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, maintaining, and managing a staff of 10+ sales associates
• Upholding legendary customer service standards
• Hitting KPIs for employees and the store
• Managing payroll
• Inventory management, understanding sell-through performance, markdowns, and product lifecycle
• Assisting in website management
• Supporting community events and outreach with the Community Manager
• Assisting in digital marketing efforts
• Meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs
• Having strong product knowledge

Schedule

• Full-time, approximately 40+ hours/week
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Store discount at all Wagner’s locations

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to learn and use Excel, POS systems, and other technologies
• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn
• Some college education preferred
• Experience leading people and customer-facing sales preferred
