Retail Shop Manager Vaping the Way Melfort

Vaping the Way is one of Saskatchewan's most trusted vape suppliers. We are currently looking to hire a shop manager for our Melfort location.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervise and coordinate sales staff
2. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
3. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
4. Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
5. Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
6. Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
7. Hire and train new sales staff, monitor, and report on their performance
8. Maintain store standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness
9. Perform duties similar to sales staff when required
10. Handle managerial tasks such as opening/closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing marketing strategies, signing for deliveries, ordering supplies, and managing timesheets
