Showroom Manager – Outdoor Furniture

We’re seeking a seasoned Retail StoreManager to drive showroom excellence at our TampaShowroom. A high-visibility role for a leader ready to elevate a challenging showroom, build momentum, and grow a winning sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team

Compensation & Schedule:

• Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months
• Then transition to: Base + Commission + Overrides + Incentives + Bonuses
• Predictable retail hours, no overnights, and minimal admin work
