Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to run daily sales and operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and achievement of store goals. The role combines coaching the sales team, inventory oversight, and hands-on leadership in a music‑focused retail environment.

You will oversee payroll, recruiting and training, promote the Music & Arts lesson program, maintain compelling product displays, and support teachers while delivering a friendly experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics.

Minimum Requirements:
