What You'll Do:

• Inspire Customers: Share your love for mid-century modern, rustic, and contemporary styles while helping customers find meaningful solutions for their homes.
• Be the ultimate customer champion, delivering honest, knowledgeable, and ethical selling practices.
• Lead with Passion: Guide and motivate a team of sales associates, managers, and warehouse staff in a commission-based environment.
• Create Success: Set exciting sales goals, coach your team, and foster a positive, supportive culture.
• Become a product expert and share your knowledge with customers and team members.
• Keep our showroom looking stunning and ensure smooth operations from sales to delivery.

Who You Are:

• A natural leader with 1-2+ years of sales or management experience.
• A pro at communication and creating a positive team atmosphere.
• Ready to roll up your sleeves with some light lifting, bending, and assembling.
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Management experience in customer service, retail sales, interior design or consulting preferred and not required.
  
  
  

Location: 5968 South State St, Murray UT

Job Type: Full-time - Salary/Exempt

Training Rate: During training, $2,500 to $2692.31 bi-weekly

Post Training Rate: Annual base of $20,000 plus a percentage of store sales and personal sales!
